SANGRAMA –SOPORE- KULANGAM ROAD SUBPROJECT:

PROJECT SUMMARY:

Sangrama-Sopore –Kulangam road subproject of 27.3 Km involves an estimated cost of 33.19 crore . The road takes off from Km 43RD of Srinagar Baramulla National Highway 1A(NH-1A) and ends at Km 83RD of Baramulla –Kupwara road at Kulangam.

The road is of great significance as it passes through Sopore town popularly known as Apple town -an important business hub. The augmentation of the dilapidated road will give further push to economic activity besides, providing facilities to masses in communication sector.
